FarrierHub: Mobile Farrier Management App | Steelbak Systems

FarrierHub by Steelbak

Real Tools for Real Farrier Work

Mobile-first scheduling and client management built by farriers, for farriers. Field-tested and constantly improving.

Built for the Realities of Mobile Farrier Work

We’re building FarrierHub from actual farrier workflows, not theoretical business models. Every feature is tested with real barn schedules and real horses before we call it “working.”

The Problems We’re Solving

Scheduling between barns

When cell service is unreliable and you need to coordinate with multiple barns

Client communication

When you’re hands-deep in work but need to confirm appointments

Horse history tracking

When horses change owners but their service history needs to follow them

Field invoicing

When you need to generate professional invoices without a desk

Current Development Status

Phase 1 Foundation – Near Complete

We’re currently testing service management workflows with 10-15 horses across 2-3 barns. The mobile forms need some refinement for field use, but the offline sync is holding up well.

What’s Working Now

✓ Horse-centric client management

✓ Offline-capable scheduling

✓ Smart appointment pre-population

✓ PDF invoice generation

✓ Cross-platform (Android, iOS, Web)

Development Progress – September 2025

Built by Steelbak

FarrierHub is part of the Steelbak ecosystem – systems that enable independent operators to own their infrastructure rather than rent it. This means:

No Lock-in

No lock-in to our platform

We’re building the same patterns for FleetHub and PropertyHub – because independent operators across all trades deserve tools that actually work for them.
