The collet was always wrong on this device. Now the porting mandrel is stuck enough that I give up on the thing.
This is @william-gregory working on taking the thing apart. It’s not nearly as necessary in the garage now that I have a CC Specialty rig waiting for some Milwaukee Packout stuff to show up to complete the package. That’s a package we could sell.

Sadly, I think I let the little smoke monster out by connecting the battery incorrectly. That’s pretty much the only time I touched it.
