I’m in the process of becoming an all-mode Journeyman level electrician – low voltage for communications networks and 12v and other mid range for vehicles and machines as well as 110v and 220v type systems for residential and light production. I want to be proficient in all the things I deal with as a homesteader.

I recently completed the HP Academy Practical Wiring course, a top-notch program renowned for its focus on wiring harness construction. I’m currently setting up processes and procuring the necessary tools and supplies.
We’re kicking off with race cut harnesses for the Suzuki LT250R and the Yamaha Raptor 660R. If we can make those beasts purr, we’re confident we can expand to include even more. I have a large equipment trailer to do, a smaller yard utility trailer, the Rig with its marine inverter system and more. These projects will be fully documented with both affiliate and non-affiliate links to tools, supplies, and other relevant content.
Not to worry, we’ve got those ragged out old machines covered too. We’re all about diagnosing, repairing, and customizing their wiring to give them a fresh lease of life.
